Process as under:

Chapati Specification :

Machine will make both sides properly cooked chapatis. It has three tier cooking system. Two tiers are used for cooking and third is used for puffing.

Output                                : Fully Cooked Puffed Chapati

Standard Size                    : 6 inches / 30 gms

Thickness Adjustment    : 1 – 3 mm

Any other size from 5 inches to 9 inches can also be made by changing the cup of dough ball machine. Weight, Size and Diameter of Chapati is adjustable. From 6 inches – 30 gms to 8 inch 50 gms chapati.
