Gauge Roll

Established in the year 1984, our entire endeavor lies in manufacturing, supplying and exporting Gauge Roll.  Offered machine is widely used for adjusting the thickness of the sheet after the triple roll sheeter. Our manufactured machines are highly appreciated by our valued clients for their low maintenance, low cost of production, corrosion resistance, safety, durability and easy operation. This Gauge Roll is tested on various quality checking parameters before it is dispatched to our valued patrons.

Other Information:

• This is done by heavy duty Gauging Rollers made Chilled Cast Iron. These rolls work in pairs to give a smooth finish to the sheet.
• A scrapping knife is provided to remove dough (if any) from the gauge roll.
  
  The number of Gauge Rolls de­pends on the Length of the Oven and Production Capacity.
